Therapeutic services for mental health and substance use. Reducing mental health stigma, instilling hope and courage to all. We are your guide to belief in self.
The lotus flower symbolizes spiritual enlightenment, purity, self-regeneration, and rebirth. Its emergence from murky waters into beauty and glory has been seen as a metaphor for human life, in which difficult times can be overcome with resilience and dedication.
The lotus rises without dirt, goes back into the water, and opens up/comes back at the break of day. Across cultures it means ‘purity’ also means: strength, resilience, rebirth.
